Introduction
Welcome to Mr. Robbins' Living Environment class. This document will cover our classroom expectations, norms and policies. When in doubt, please adhere to the information in this document. This course ends with the completion of the New York State Living Environment Regents. In order to attain a Regents diploma, you must pass at least one Science Regents exam.

Grading Policy
Tests = 30%
Labs = 30%
Quizzes = 20%
Homework = 20%
Students must complete a minimum of 1200 lab minutes to qualify to Take the Regents Exam in June.
This means students must complete the labs with a passing grade to receive credit for the lab minutes.
Incomplete labs = zero credit
Late Work
Late work should be discouraged and will be graded at a lower score at the teacher's discretion when submitted. Work older than one week will not be accepted.

Absences
When students are absent it is their responsibility to find out what they missed and discuss with me the plan to make up the work upon return to school.
